Administration Assistant/Office All-rounder

With a positive, can-do attitude as well as administrative experience, you will assist the administration and coordination teams in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
- Purchasing: Purchase order processing and follow up of delivery timelines;
- Return Authority (RA) processing:
- Accounts Receivable: Accurate and timely invoicing on a weekly basis
- Reception: Client liaison and assistance both in person and on the phone
- Inwards and Outwards goods Processing
Whilst previous experience in a similar role is important and computer industry experience would be great, a positive, can-do attitude is a must! Ideally you will be competent in MS Office, with prior exposure to MYOB, Quicken or 2Clix, a distinct advantage.
