You need a reliable and experienced company to help maintain your servers and PC’s, either regularly or on and ad hoc basis, BES can do this for you. Here are some options you may consider:*
Onsite Next Business Day Response:
$150.00 inc GST per hour; this will have a Microsoft Certified Engineer onsite at a scheduled time on the next business day to troubleshoot your Server or PC issues. A Jobsheet will be produced outlining work carried out and presented for you to sign before the engineer leaves.
Onsite Same Day Response:
200.00 inc GST per hour; if your systems are down and it is affecting your business, a Same Day response is what you may require, this will have an Engineer on your site within 2 hours. They will be able to assess the issue and advise on a resolution if it can’t be fixed on the spot. A Jobsheet will be produced outlining work carried out and presented for you to sign before the engineer leaves.
Pre Paid Hours:
When taking a pre-paid option, you also get the benefit of a 15% discount on the Next Business Day rate!
$127.50 inc GST per hour will get your engineer onsite to perform the required duties in maintaining your network.
You choose how you want your Pre Paid hours with BES IT Systems, they may be a block of hours that are used on an ad-hoc basis or a more structured regular visit. A lot of our customers who choose a regular maintenance visit have us come onsite for 4 hours once a month, to complete maintenance checks and deal with any little issues.
Day Rates:
We also have our engineers available on a Daily Rate basis for those larger jobs. These are strictly quoted and will depend on the exact job required. We will provide a Statement of Works that both parties agree to before commencing the job.
