​BES IT Systems have a team of network engineers stationed at our headquarters in Springwood, Logan City, 20 km's south of the Brisbane CBD. Our engineers spend their days supporting our contract customers and also doing work for organisations who engage us on a case-by-case basis. 

If you're working with the BES Technical team and are in need of assistance, one of our technicians may need remote access to your device. If you don't have current access to our RMM (remote monitoring) tools, you can open this secure link in a new tab and download Team Viewer​. Once you have this downloaded, you will be given an ID and Password which  you will need to send to our technicians to allow them remote access to your device.
