​BES clients can download frequently used forms and access easy to follow instructions for some common administrative tasks from this page.  We will be adding to the topics covered and building on the library of documents over time with the aim of providing a helpful “go-to” resource for our clients.

Do you need adhoc Remote Assistance:

  • Team Viewer is a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool which allows one of our technicians to remotely access your device
  • Once download, you will be given an ID and Password that you will need to send to our technicians to allow them remote access to your device

Ongoing Remote Assistance using Kaseya:

  • Kaseya is a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software used by BES technicians to provide remote support to clients

DUO Mobile Setup for Multi-Factor Authentication:
