Help Desk Requests 

The BES Help Desk is available for current BES customers in need of IT Support. We understand organisations often have staff changes, which require email accounts to be added or changed. To streamline this process, we have created a 'Help Desk Request for Staff Changes' form.

Click here to download the Help Desk request for staff changes form. Once you have completed the form, send it to helpdesk@bes.com.au and your request will be resolved.

If you are a current BES customer and have a different type of IT request, please either call help desk on (07) 3340 5560, fill out the on the right or email the details to helpdesk@bes.com.au 

If you are not a current BES customer but would like to engage with us for your IT Support needs, please complete the 'Get in touch with us' form on the right and a BES staff member will get back to you within 3 business hours.
